WHO WE SERVE
Because our services meet the unique needs of each client, outcomes are highly individualized, but broadly we expect our participants will:
Become employed. In years past, many of our under and unemployed clients were placed in jobs.
Earn higher wages and increase their income. Participants also obtained employer benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time.
Establish financial security. Under Cares’ guidance, our clients take steps to ensure their financial security from opening bank accounts to creating plans for debt reduction and saving.
Achieve their educational goals. Cares partners with community colleges and training centers to ensure that our clients have the resources they need to get training to advance in their careers and in their lives.
Our Value Proposition
By empowering individuals with disabilities to find and retain jobs, Cares’ clients benefit from increased independence, growing confidence in their abilities to provide and care for themselves, improved quality of life and the potential to contribute back to the community in which they live.
