Partners & Funders

The investment by community partners and funders makes it possible for Cares of Washington to offer individualized and lifelong support that people with disabilities and people with low incomes need to make permanent changes in their lives.

Public funders, private foundations and corporate sponsors are behind the success of Cares of Washington programs and services. Cares of WA is able to provide individualized services because of the generosity and support of contracts, grants and in-kind services from these entities. Due to their generous support, we are able to help people with disabilities and low income families move out of crisis and become self-sufficient. We would like to recognize and thank the following organizations:

  • King County (1987)

  • Pierce County (1990)

  • Kitsap County (2002)

  • United Way (2006)

  • Snohomish County (2008)

  • Seattle Foundation (2008)

  • DSHS/BFET (2008)
